Today will be another day of practice session at FTC at 6pm. Today will be a hotter day than yesterday. Hopefully, I can go out earlier today to Golfsmith after cooking lunch. I need some long sleeve tees as I have none for tennis. The long sleeve tees I have are tissue tees which means, it's very thin and light and is usually won under as a base layer. I need something thicker coz yesterday, while practicing at FTC, my hands are still frozen thus, causing warm up to be a long and arduous process. But I was actually playing much better than last Sunday for sure as I managed to return some serves and was able to see the ball a little more clearly compared to last Sunday when I couldn't concentrate due to the cold and wind and with balls flying at me at 100mph from our opponent Alison.
Sam has a 3.45pm appointment with Dr Sathappan for her meningococcal vaccination. Went there on time and guess what? Her husband's from Penang. And the husband's family lives in Bukit Jambul and some relatives at Batu Ferringhi. What a small world.
Went over to Tapioca Express again and had their bubble milk tea and also tried their fried bananas and mozarella stick. It was all very yummy treats. That's the reward for Sam....
Went for practice at FTC with Al's team today but didn't play any matches. Just grooving in the strokes and serves. Hamstring is still a little tight so, had in wrapped before I went to court in order to prevent any further stress on it. Feels good and I was off the court by 7pm. Went grocery shopping at Safeway for my water and Gatorade for my trip to Oakley tomorrow.
