Am going to drive to Oakley today at 4pm. Unfortunately, as with the story of my life which has never been a straight path, can't go as scheduled as AT&T technician is coming to check on our unstable internet connection at guess what time? Yes, between 12-4pm. And someone has to be around the house.
Also, yesterday, after Sam's meningitis jab, I thought I could go over to Dr Tran's office and hand him the vaccination record so that he can do the paperwork for the PR Application. And again, the story of my life, of all days he's off from his office, it had to be yesterday. So, I have to make another trip there today after school with Sam in tow, urgh.....!
Just hoping and praying that the AT&T guy won't come during the time when I am away fetching Sam from school to Dr Tran's and back. But, I am prepared for any eventualities as with how my life has worked out thus far!
I think I will drive off to Oakley at 7pm after dinner with Ed and Sam. That way, I won't get stressed out with traffic jam coz leaving between 5-6pm will be a bad idea as I-680 is a horrible highway to be at during that peak hour jam.
I will be staying at Ramada Antioch and Shawn has gotten us a good rate of $52 per night. I hope I will do well the next 3 days at tennis. I am scheduled to play Friday at 1pm with windy conditions, temp at 65 deg F and 40% chance of rain. Again, on Sat at 8.30am with windy conditions, temp at 63 deg F and 60% chance of rain. Sun @ 4pm with windy conditions, temp at 70 deg F and 30% chance of rain. What more can I ask for right? Ya, all the bad playing conditions, I am so darn "lucky". Please pray for me as I need it more than ever. Only a miracle can carry me through to Sectionals (May 30-31 @ Stanford University).
