Today was a restful day as Sam has no bowling league. Winter league ended last Sat and summer league won't start till 30th May 2009. Couldn't sleep in late much to my dismay. Woke up as usual at 6am and washed my hair. 1st time doing it after the haircut so, was apprehensive as to whether I will manage to style it the way Mikel did it. After toiling in the bathroom for an hour, voila! yes, I did it (of course after shower, make up and hairstyling lah).
Sam woke up late and had brunch at 11.30am while Ed and me went to Cha Cha Sushi for lunch and then headed to Costco at Almaden Expressway and we bought a ton of stuff as usual. Then, we went to BevMo as wine was on sale. It's $1 off for every bottle that's from a specially selected vineyard chosen by BevMo. Bought 5 bottles and then we headed home.
For dinner, Ed bbq-ed Morton's TriTrp steak which we bought from Costco. The meat was not as good as a sirloin or ribeye and the marinate is not as good as Fred's. But hey, homecooked food is better than eating out. We also had frog legs sauce as dips for our garlic bread and salad with a dressing sauce made by Ed. It was yummy. Ate too much as usual and watched 3 episodes of Bones and its finale.....Argh.... will Booth lose his memory in the new season? Well, just gotta wait and see.....
