Went for tennis lessons with Larry at 10.30am. Returned my Prince EXO3 red racquet to Swetka's and got a demo for the Wilson K Factor KBlade Team Racquet. This is used by Serena and Venus and from the spec sheet, sounds like the kind I am looking for coz the strung weight is 10.7oz which is lighter compared to my current O3 Speedport Black which is 11.3oz strung weight which tends to be kind of too heavy if I play a lot. Dang, but won't be able to try it out till Monday next week as am out of town Fri-Sun this week as Ed has Good Friday off tomorrow.
Btw, BLESSED EASTER to all my dear family and friends. It is a time to ponder and give thanks to the Lord for giving us the ultimate sacrifice of His son Jesus Christ for our sins. Without Him, we would all have perished and as I look back at this week, it has been a struggle as I became stubborn and hard headed and refused to pray when I was so miserable on Monday (4/6). As I look back in retrospect, feels like the evil one's at play to just take me away from the Lord's presence and he has won me over for that few hours in the morning when I loathed in self pity and cried myself crazy. Thank goodness the Lord brought Belinda along and the flame was rekindled for the Lord again.
I am now reading the book of 1 Samuel and am amazed at how intriguing the story starts and it is indeed a very engaging book in the old testament. I couldn't put it down. Am not sure if it's age related but I used to dislike reading the old testament when I was younger but now, I love Proverbs. Loved the Psalms even more and now 1 Samuel. Hmmm... food for thought!
And guess what Sam got for her Biology test? Well, I shall put you all on suspense....for now, tee hee hee! Am looking forward to Easter vacation break of 1 week. Yay, no school, no school, lalalalalala *sung to the melody of Lion King*
