I got up this morning with aches all over my body. "Oh, oh", I thought. Swine flu! Oh no....
I then proceeded to wake Sam up at 6.05am and then went back to sleep coz I have no tennis today as I cancelled on Richard due to blisters on my fingers. Woke up at 8am. Felt much better. Was inspired. Went on to do my own facial. I enjoyed it to see my skin turn radiant and there's a certain glow. If only it will last forever, sigh....
Then, as I was talking with Ed on the phone, just realized that the aches and pains at my back was due to the massage I had on the massage chair on Monday night. The shiatsu massage was just so painful. Thank goodness I turned it to rolling massage as soon as I felt the pain. It was too intense for my liking. Hate to think what my back will look like had I persevered with the shiatsu iso the rolling. It'll probably be black and blue by now. So, no more shiatsu massage from now on... Thank goodness it wasn't flu or swine flu!!!
A friend sent this article to me and it's an interesting read. It's about "How to get your life in rhythm". Go to this link:
Sam didn't want to go for bowling practice as she's obsessed with studying for her finals and having to do 8 pages of her study guide. And she's sucked into reading her year book which she just collected from school today. I gotta go now and get her butt off the chair and chase her upstairs to start on her studying.... A mother's job is never done....
